Service Area
We operate out of Nummela, so Vihti and Lohja are our main area. We also drive regularly to Espoo, Helsinki and Kirkkonummi. Below you'll see how a site's location affects scheduling and travel costs. No travel cost ever comes as a surprise on the invoice it's always stated in the quote.
01 / Main area
Vihti, Nummela and Lohja
This is where we're out and about every day. Small jobs are often done within the same week, and a one-hour job needs no special arrangement. No travel costs are charged.
02 / Regular area
Espoo, Helsinki, Kirkkonummi, Veikkola and Kauniainen
We drive to the Helsinki metro area weekly. For these sites we usually agree on a larger job, or several jobs on the same visit, so the trip is worth it for both of us. Roof washing and an autumn yard cleanup, for example, work well together on the same visit. The travel cost is stated in the quote.
03 / On request
Vantaa, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Sipoo and Siuntio
We come here too, when the job is big enough or the site falls along the same route as other work. Just ask, and we'll find a suitable day in the schedule.
04 / Cottages
Lohjanjärvi, Hiidenvesi and the archipelago
We take care of cottages on the shores of Lohjanjärvi and Hiidenvesi, and in the Inkoo and Raasepori archipelago. For a cottage, a visit agreed in advance for the whole season works best:
- — Spring opening, yard cleanup, checking for winter damage, and gutter cleaning.
- — Summer lawn mowing and shrub care on an agreed interval.
- — Autumn closing, gutters, roof check, and preparing the yard for winter.
You don't need to be there. We agree on yard access in advance, and you get photos of the finished work along with notes on anything that needs fixing.

06 / Travel costs
How travel costs are determined
No travel costs are charged in the main area Vihti, Nummela and Lohja. Elsewhere, the travel cost is always stated in the quote before work starts, and it's never added to the invoice afterward. The bigger the job, the smaller the travel cost's share of the total price — so for sites further away, it's worth agreeing on several jobs for the same visit.
07 / Household deduction
Household deduction across the whole service area
Household customers get the deduction on the labor portion regardless of which municipality the site is in. The deduction is 35% of the labor portion, up to €1,600 per person per year, so a couple's combined maximum is €3,200. Travel costs and materials aren't covered by the deduction.
