You'll get a price estimate over the phone once you tell us what's being installed and what kind of wall it is. An estimate is always given before we start, and calling doesn't commit you to anything.

03 / Special fixings
Special fixings
Most installations are easy.
We fix into concrete, plasterboard, tile and hollow-core slab with the right fixings. In plasterboard, it comes down to the fixing type and whether it hits a stud. In tile, it's making sure the tile doesn't crack while drilling. These are the spots where DIY tends to go wrong, and it's usually the reason people call.
We'll also tell you straight if something isn't a good idea. You can't hang just any weight on a light partition wall, and sometimes it's worth choosing a different spot on a tiled wall. We'll tell you before we drill, not after.

Tell us what's being installed and what kind of wall it is. A photo and a product link are usually enough.

You'll get an estimate over the phone and we'll agree on a time. If needed, we'll visit the site first.

We bring our own tools and fixings. Packaging and drilling debris leave with us.

Do I need to get the products myself? + −
Usually yes. You get the furniture/fixtures yourself, we handle the installation. We can also help with sourcing them if agreed separately.
Will you come for just one curtain rod? + −
We will. In that case the minimum charge and travel costs apply.
How quickly can you come? + −
We usually reply the same day, and many installations happen within the same week.
What if I don't know what kind of wall it is? + −
Send a photo, or knock on the wall while on the phone with us. That usually tells us enough.
Do I need to be there? + −
Not the whole time, but it helps to be there at the start so we can agree on placement together.
Do you take the packaging waste? + −
We do. Removing an old piece of furniture is agreed in advance.
Is the work guaranteed? + −
The installation work is guaranteed. Materials and fixtures carry the manufacturer's own warranty.
