What's included and what isn't
The most common reason to be disappointed with a fence is that it leans after the first winter, when frost lifts badly set posts. That's why we set the posts below the frost line or on ground screws, depending on the soil, and railings are always fixed to load-bearing structures.

From call to finished fence in four steps

Call or fill in the form. We usually reply the same day.

Free site visit
We come to the site and look at the boundary, the soil and where the gates go. You get a fixed price in writing within 1–3 days.

Building
The same person is on site from start to finish. The schedule is agreed in advance, and we keep you updated. If something unexpected shows up during demolition, any changes are always agreed before they're made.

Handover
We go through the work together, clean up after ourselves and give you care instructions.
Who pays for a fence on the boundary? + −
That's agreed with your neighbor. We recommend agreeing in writing on both where the fence goes and how the costs are shared before the work starts.
Does a fence need a permit? + −
It depends on the municipality. The building ordinance and the local detailed plan can limit the height and type of the fence, and a higher fence can need a permit or a notification. Check your own situation with your municipality's building control. The property owner always applies for the permit.
When is a railing required? + −
Always when the drop from the terrace or stairs is more than 50 cm, whatever the permit situation.
How long does it take to build a fence? + −
A typical fence for a detached house is done in a few days.
How does the pricing work? + −
The price is fixed before the work starts, after a free site visit.
Can I get the household deduction? + −
Yes, for the labor portion. The labor portion is shown separately on the invoice.
Do you take the old fence away? + −
Yes, when this is agreed in advance.
