What we collect

In the quote and contact forms we collect your name (contact form), phone number, email address, the service you want, the address and city of the site, a free-form message and any photos you attach.

Site usage is measured with Umami analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

What we use it for

The data is used only to prepare a quote, to contact you and to carry out the work. The legal basis is preparing a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The data is not used for marketing or sold on.

Recipients

Form data is delivered to the company mailbox through the email service Resend. The site runs on Vercel servers. These providers process data only to provide their service.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as handling the quote or job and legal obligations (such as bookkeeping) require, and is deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict processing and object to it. Send requests to info@huotarihoitaa.fi. If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
