What we don't do
- − Electrical work: outlets, fixed wiring, circuit wiring
- − Changes to water and sewer piping
- − Demolition or changes to load-bearing structures
- − Moisture damage requiring measurement and demolition work
- − Tap work that requires opening or moving pipework, that's a plumber's job

One sticking door doesn't feel worth a phone call, and that's exactly why small faults end up dragging on for years.
It's worth writing them all down and getting them fixed in one visit. Then you pay for work hours, not four separate minimum charges. Three or four typical small faults usually fit into one visit.
Walk through your home and note down everything that bugs you. Send us the list or tell us over the phone, and we'll estimate how long the whole batch will take.

It is you'll just be charged the minimum fee. If there are several faults, list them and we'll handle them on the same visit.
Who gets the parts? + −
We bring the most common seals, screws and fixings with us. Taps, lock bodies and similar you get yourself, or we agree that we source them separately.
How quickly can you come? + −
We usually reply the same day, and most small repairs happen within the same week.
I don't know what's causing the problem, can I still call? + −
Of course. Send a photo and describe what's happening. If it's not something we handle, we'll say so directly and tell you who does.
Is the work guaranteed? + −
The work is guaranteed, and we carry liability insurance. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
How does billing work? + −
Invoice by email after the job, payment term [ X ] days. The invoice is itemized so you can apply for the household deduction directly from it.

Kitchen cabinets don't climb onto the wall by themselves. Fixings and tools are included.
