Fix several faults at once
One sticking door doesn't feel worth a phone call, and that's exactly why small faults are left for years.
It's worth writing them all on a list and fixing them on one visit. Then you pay for the working hours, not four separate minimum charges. Three or four ordinary small faults usually fit into the same visit.
Walk through your home and write down everything that bothers you. Send us the list or tell us on the phone, and we'll estimate how long the whole job will take.

Adding a step to a staircase
A new pressure-treated timber step added to an old cast concrete staircase.
Is it worth calling about one small fault? + −
It is. In that case, you pay the minimum charge. If there are several faults, put them on a list and we'll fix them on the same visit.
Who buys the parts? + −
We bring the most common seals, screws and fixings. You buy faucets, lock bodies and similar parts yourself, or we agree that we buy them separately.
How quickly can you come? + −
We usually reply the same day, and most small repairs are done within the same week.
I don't know what's causing the fault. Can I still call? + −
You can. Send a photo and describe what happens. If the job isn't one for us, we'll say so directly and tell you who does it.
Is there a warranty on the work? + −
There's a warranty on the work, and we have liability insurance. Parts have the manufacturer's warranty.
How does billing work? + −
You get the invoice by email after the work, with 7 days to pay. The invoice is itemized, so you can apply for the household deduction directly from it.
