The same people handle transport, installations, small repairs, yard work and roof washing, as a one-off job or on an agreed schedule. Most of the work qualifies for the household deduction (kotitalousvähennys).

from 58,00 € /h incl. VAT 25.5%

Duration estimates

Gutter cleaning: about 1–2 h

Spring yard cleanup, detached house: about 2–4 h

Installing a light fixture or curtain rod: about 1 h

Mounting a TV on the wall: about 1–2 h

Adjusting a door or cabinet door: about 1 h

Renewing silicone seals: about 2–3 h

Household deduction

Household customers can apply for the deduction on the labor portion. Example for a 8-hour job:

Labor portion 464,00 €

Deduction 40 % −185,60 €

You pay 278,40 €

The deductible is subtracted once a year (−150,00 €). If you have other deduction-eligible work the same year, the deduction from this job is the full 185,60 €.

Service area

We mainly serve Vihti and Lohja, as well as Espoo and Kirkkonummi. For sites further away, we agree on travel costs separately. Your site not on the list? Just ask, it usually works out.

What I don't do

Electrical work. We refer you to an electrical contractor.

Plumbing work that requires a plumbing contractor.

Chimney sweeping. We refer you to a local chimney sweep.

We do the same work either way. The difference is how often you need help and how you want to pay.

What we do each season

Spring

Spring cleanup and roof check

Clearing winter's traces from the yard, cleaning the gutters and checking the roof before the rainy season.

Summer

Lawns, shrubs and small repairs

Regular lawn mowing, care of shrubs and plantings, and the small maintenance jobs that come up during the summer.

Fall

Fall cleanup and getting ready for winter

Removing leaves and litter, checking the gutters, and getting the yard and walkways in shape before the first snow.

Winter

Plowing, sanding and clearing snow off roofs

Plowing the yard and walkways on an agreed schedule, sanding against slipperiness, and clearing snow off roofs when needed.

Property maintenance, from the person doing it

We handle property maintenance ourselves, start to finish, from the first call to the check after the job. When you know who's coming to the property, it's easier to trust that the work gets done as agreed.

We treat every property as if it were our own.

Our customers include housing companies, businesses and private property owners in the Vihti and Lohja area, as well as Espoo and Kirkkonummi.

What area do you serve? + −

Vihti, Nummela and Lohja are our main area, and even small jobs are often done within the same week. Espoo, Helsinki, Kirkkonummi, Veikkola and Kauniainen: larger jobs, or several jobs on the same visit. Vantaa, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Sipoo and Siuntio: on request. Cottages: Lohjanjärvi, Hiidenvesi, and the Inkoo and Raasepori archipelago. If your site is further away, feel free to ask, and we'll agree on the travel costs.

Do I need to be there during the work? + −

Not necessarily. Many customers leave a key or a code, or arrange access to the yard so they don't need to be there. We always agree on this in advance.

How quickly can you get started? + −

We usually reply the same day. Urgent jobs, like clearing snow off a roof, we try to handle even at short notice.

What does it cost if the job can't be done, e.g. because of the weather? + −

If the work can't start or has to stop because of the weather, you aren't charged the full price. We agree on a new time and bill only for the work that was done.

Do you take the waste and rubbish away? + −

Yes, we take the waste and rubbish from the job away from the site. For larger amounts, we agree on a separate transport schedule.

Will you come for a one-hour job? + −

Yes, we also do small single jobs. In that case, the minimum charge and any travel costs apply.

Can I cancel or change a maintenance contract during the season? + −

Yes. You can change what the contract covers and how often we visit, and you can end the contract with the agreed notice period.
