When something needs to be picked up or dropped off and you don't have a trailer. We'll come for a single item too.

from 58,00 € /h incl. VAT 25.5%
Duration estimates
Gutter cleaning: about 1–2 h
Spring yard cleanup, detached house: about 2–4 h
Light fixture or curtain rod installation: about 1 h
TV wall mounting: about 1–2 h
Door or cabinet door adjustment: about 1 h
Silicone seal renewal: about 2–3 h
Household deduction
Household customers can apply for the deduction on the labor portion. Example for a 8-hour job:
The deductible is subtracted once a year (−150,00 €). If you have other deduction-eligible work the same year, the deduction from this job is the full 162,40 €.
Service area
We mainly serve Vihti and Lohja, as well as Espoo and Kirkkonummi. For sites further away, we agree on travel costs separately. Your site not on the list? Just ask, it usually works out.
What I don't do
Electrical work we refer you to an electrical contractor.
Plumbing work requiring an HVAC contractor.
Chimney sweeping we refer you to a local chimney sweep.
04 / Agreement or one-off job
Maintenance agreement or a one-off job?
Maintenance agreement
Regular property maintenance on an agreed visit interval (e.g. every other week or once a month), yard work, winter maintenance and small maintenance tasks under the same agreement. Billed monthly at a fixed price, so costs are easy to predict. Especially suited to housing companies and businesses, but also households who want their property kept in shape without having to remember it themselves.
One-off job
A single job with no commitment, e.g. gutter cleaning, yard clearing or one installation. We agree on a time, you get a price estimate in advance, and billing happens at an hourly rate once the work is done. Suits a need that comes up once, or rarely.

Spring
Spring cleaning and roof check
Clearing winter's traces from the yard, gutter cleaning and a roof condition check before the rainy season.
Summer
Lawns, shrubs and small repairs
Regular lawn mowing, shrub and planting care, and any small maintenance jobs that come up during summer.
Autumn
Autumn cleanup and preparing for winter
Leaf and litter removal, gutter checks, and tidying the yard and walkways before the first snow.
Winter
Plowing, gritting and snow clearing
Plowing the yard and walkways on an agreed schedule, anti-slip gritting, and clearing snow from roofs when needed.

We handle property maintenance ourselves, start to finish, from the call to the check after the job is done. When you know who's coming to the site, it's easier to trust that the work gets done as agreed.
Every property is treated like our own.
Our customers include housing companies, businesses and private property owners in the Vihti and Lohja area, as well as Espoo and Kirkkonummi.

What area do you serve? + −
Vihti, Nummela and Lohja are our main area, and even small jobs are usually done within the same week. Espoo, Helsinki, Kirkkonummi, Veikkola and Kauniainen: bigger jobs, or several jobs on the same visit. Vantaa, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Sipoo and Siuntio: on request. Cottages: Lohjanjärvi, Hiidenvesi, and the Inkoo and Raasepori archipelago. If your site is further away, just ask we'll agree on travel costs.
Do I need to be on site during the work? + −
Not necessarily. Many customers leave a key or a code, or arrange yard access without being there themselves. This is always agreed in advance.
How quickly can you get started? + −
We usually reply to inquiries the same day. Urgent jobs, like clearing snow off a roof, we aim to handle even on short notice.
What does it cost if the job can't be done, e.g. because of weather? + −
If a job can't be started or is left unfinished because of weather, you aren't charged the full price we agree on a new time and bill only for the work actually done.
Do you take away the waste and rubbish? + −
Yes, we remove the waste and rubbish generated by the job from the site. For larger amounts we agree on a separate haul-away schedule.
Will you come for just a one-hour job? + −
Yes, we also do small individual jobs. In that case a minimum charge and possible travel costs apply.
Can a maintenance agreement be cancelled or changed mid-term? + −
Yes, the content and visit interval can be changed as needed, and the agreement can be cancelled with the agreed notice period.
