02 / Who does the work
A local business, not an anonymous contractor
I'm Veeti Huotari. We do the renovations ourselves and don't pass the work on. The same person comes to your home every day, and when you call, you talk to the person who does the work.
We treat every property as if it were our own.
I've done property maintenance and renovations in Uusimaa since 2019. I'm responsible for the work myself, from the first call to the last piece of trim.

What affects the price
What determines the price
These factors affect the price the most.
The more of the old kitchen is removed, the more work and demolition waste there is.
Electrical and plumbing contractors do the moves, and we coordinate them into the schedule.
This estimate isn't a quote. You'll get an exact price as a written quote after a free site visit.
05 / Extra work
If the demolition reveals a surprise, you decide
Under the wall or floor of an old kitchen, we sometimes find moisture damage, rotten wood or a structure that can't be left as it is. Then we always do the same thing.
- 01
The work stops at that point.
- 02
We call you the same day and tell you what we found and what the repair costs.
- 03
We only continue once you have approved the price of the extra work.
We don't promise the price will never go up. We promise it won't go up unless you decide.
06 / Timeline
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
- Replacing the cabinets 4–7 working days
- Cabinets and surface work 8–12 working days
- Full renovation 3–5 weeks
You get the schedule in writing with the quote. If anything changes, we tell you right away.
You can live at home during the whole renovation
When the cabinets are replaced, the kitchen is out of use for about 5–8 days. At the site visit, we agree on where a temporary kitchen corner will be.
- Walkways and the rooms next to the kitchen are protected
- Dust control: a dust extractor and protective plastic, and negative pressure during demolition when needed
- The floor is cleaned at the end of every day
- Working hours are agreed in advance, usually 7:30 am–4 pm on weekdays
- We tell you about the noisiest days in advance
