Maintenance and renovations, from the person doing it
Huotari Hoitaa is a Uusimaa-based company whose founder has been doing property maintenance and renovations since 2019. Our customers include housing companies, businesses and private property owners across Uusimaa.
Every property is treated like our own.
Our company handles the work itself, from the first call to the final touches. That shows up as fast responses, flexible schedules, and results we're happy to put our name behind.

Yes. We serve in English and Finnish: calls, site visits, quotes and invoices.
What area do you serve? + −
Vihti, Nummela and Lohja are our main area, and even small jobs are often done within the same week. Espoo, Helsinki, Kirkkonummi, Veikkola and Kauniainen: larger jobs, or several jobs on the same visit. Vantaa, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Sipoo and Siuntio: on request. Cottages: Lohjanjärvi, Hiidenvesi, and the Inkoo and Raasepori archipelago. If your site is further away, feel free to ask, and we'll agree on the travel costs.
How quickly can you get started? + −
We usually reply the same day, and small jobs are often done within the same week.

Work is billed either hourly or by fixed quote depending on the agreement, and a price estimate is always given before we start.
